Helios provided general contracting services for the renovation of existing restaurant space to accommodate a new location for Zen Sushi & Noodles. Located near the busy intersection of Diversey Avenue and Clark Street in Chicago, this space features a sleek, modern aesthetic incorporating several sustainable elements including the extensive use of reclaimed and recycled finishes. Construction was fast tracked to achieve an aggressive build schedule of 45 days. Helios worked with the client and architect to incorporate finishes that could meet the required time-frame.
