Helios provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the renovation of a 3,000 square foot bar and restaurant. Houndstooth has been a hotspot in the center of Wrigleyville, therefore the relocation had to be expedited in order to maintain a consistant neighborhood presence. The renovation included many creative solutions, such as using fiberglass reinforced panels to match the existing tin ceiling to reduce costs and expedite delivery. Helios worked with the client and architect on the initial design, cost estimating and scheduling. Using an integrated approach, Helios was able to complete the project within two months and exceed the client’s expectations.
