Helios performed general contracting services for the renovation of a dated clothing boutique into an eccentric eatery featuring Taiwanese xue-hua-bing, or snow ice. The renovation consisted of converting an approximately 1,200-square foot retail space into an ice cream restaurant including a kitchen and restaurant equipment. Helios collaborated with the client’s broker and architect before the lease was signed to ensure the build out would fit within the tenant’s budget. Construction was completed in a five week duration.
