Renovation of an existing 3 unit building in Ravenswood. Scope of work included the gut rehab of the owners unit into a custom residence, and the addition of new central HVAC for the 2 rental units. Numerous energy saving materials and systems were incorporated to allow for maximum of tax credits and to allow for reduced long term operating costs.
