Helios conducted design / build services for the repositioning of an existing 16,000-square foot loft building into office and warehouse space. Helios exposed and refurbished the space’s existing brick and timber structural elements to emphasize the architectural and aesthetic features of the building. Helios refinished the wood floors and maintained the open ceiling in the warehouse to retain the loft style. Following this preconstruction consulting, Helios also worked as the general contractor to manage the construction and meet a deadline of 45 days.
