Planning and preconstruction management for a 20,000-square foot, mixed-use residential and retail development in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, this project features geothermal heating and cooling, as well as solar hot water heating and a highly insulated exterior enclosure, resulting in a forecasted 50% reduction in energy costs as compared to a minimally code-compliant building.
