Development and project management of 100,000-square foot, mixed-use residential and retail redevelopment of the historic Midway Theater in Rockford, Illinois. This project, which is the result of public-private partnership forged by Helios with local municipal authorities to revitalize an important portion of Rockford’s main business district, will utilize tax increment financing (TIF), historic preservation tax credits as well as new market tax credits.
