Comprehensive development management and construction services for the redevelopment of a 200,000 GSF 2 building loft complex in Chicago from raw loft space to modern office and industrial space. Helios prepared a comprehensive repositioning strategy and provided leasing, development and construction services necessary to execute this plan. Work is being managed and phased to allow for improvements to be made as demand allows, minimizing risk for the building owner.
