Helios provided preconstruction and general contracting services to ORA Dental to redevelop a 2,500-square foot office building into a modern dental studio. In addition to new finishes, Helios coordinated the infrastructure and installation of all dental equipment. Construction was performed using sustainable practices, such as minimally invasive cutting, use of environmentally friendly building materials and reuse of existing materials where practical. Construction was completed in 30 days, satisfying the client’s goal of an efficient and cost-effective build out.
