Joe Magliochetti

Joe is a principal and co-founder of Helios Design + Build. Joe specializes in real estate marketing, development and investment strategy, having extensive experience working with the owners, operators and users of real estate, specifically commercial, industrial and mixed-use property types.

Joe is also a principal and co-founder of Helios Realty & Development and Real Living Helios Realty, where he has led the growth of the company’s commercial and residential brokerage and marketing business from its launch in 2004 to more than 60 sales professionals and over $250M in sales volume in 2008. As a commercial and investment broker, Joe has completed more than $250 million in career real estate transactions.

Joe holds the LEED AP designation and also has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation reserved for less than three percent of investment real estate brokers nationwide. He earned an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in real estate and finance, and bachelors degrees in English and History from the University of Michigan.
