Hans Fedderke

Hans is an Associate and the Director of Business Development for Helios Design + Build. Prior to joining Helios Design + Build, Hans was president of a start-up development firm located in the western suburbs of Chicago. His firm focused on sustainable residential communities with limited commercial components. Hans has also served as a consultant on residential single-family and multi-family properties, including several current designs that incorporate environmentally responsible and sustainable principles. Hans has extensive experience in redeveloping and rehabbing historical properties to adapt them to modern use.

Hans also has experience working with alternate financing methods such as Tax Increment Financing, Historic Tax Credits for Qualified Rehabilitation, and New Market Tax Credits.

Hans holds the LEED AP designation and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. Hans earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Boston University and a Master of Science degree at the Art Institute.
