Alex Reeh

Alex is an Associate with Helios Design + Build, serving as a project manager for acquisition, development, construction management and consulting projects. Alex leads the project team in the course of executing complex assignments for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Helios, Alex worked as an Associate in the Transaction Analysis and Underwriting Group at ORIX Real Estate Capital, providing financial and analytic support on acquisition, structured finance and development opportunities. Additionally, Alex served as a Project Manager for the Shooshan Company, a D.C. area based real estate owner / developer with over 1.5 million square feet of assets. Prior to that, Alex was a Project Engineer at Clark Construction, where he obtained experience working on new construction and adaptive reuse projects as well as providing preconstruction services for projects ranging in size from $4 million to $580 million across all product types.

Alex holds an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. Alex is actively involved in Rebuilding Together.
