Helios Design + Build was founded in 2008 as an integrated development, construction management and consulting firm. Helios Design + Build’s principals have more than 20 years of experience in acquiring, planning, developing and building industrial, commercial and residential real estate, having managed projects with a combined value in excess of $1 billion.
